《中国海洋药物》相对低分子量海带岩藻多糖对乙酸慢性胃溃疡的辅助治疗作用

目的：研究相对低分子质量岩藻多糖对慢性乙酸胃溃疡的治疗效果。
方法：采用慢性乙酸胃溃疡大鼠模型，用灌胃的方式给予相对低分子质量岩藻多糖40、100和200 mg/kg三个剂量，研究了相对低分子质量岩藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠的溃疡指标、氧化程度、NO产生以及MPO的影响。
结果：灌胃给予岩藻多糖对大鼠的乙酸胃黏膜损伤有一定辅助治疗作用，与模型组相比胃壁溃疡面积有明显减少。同时对胃组织中的抗氧化酶SOD和GSH-Px有很好的保护作用，显著抑制脂质过氧化产物MDA的产生。与模型组比较，岩藻多糖组大鼠的胃组织中NO的含量显著上升，MPO的活性显著下降。
结论：相对低分子质量岩藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠的辅助治疗作用与其体内抗氧化活性有关，并通过调节NO产生和炎症细胞的地浸润辅助慢性乙酸胃溃疡的愈合。
